Terms of Use
These terms cover the Cozy Games Corner website at cosygamescorner.co.uk and the Cozy Games Corner apps for Android and iOS (together, “the games”), operated by Protostream UK. By using the games you agree to them.
Using the games
The games are free to play. You do not need an account, and we do not charge for anything. Please do not try to break, overload or reverse-engineer the service, use it to distribute malware, or access other people's progress data.
Your progress
Your streaks and solved puzzles live on your device and are backed up to our server as described in the privacy policy. We take reasonable care of them, but they are a record of a puzzle game, not a valuable asset — we cannot guarantee they will never be lost, and we are not able to restore progress from a device we cannot identify.
Content and ownership
The games, the puzzles, the artwork and the name Cozy Games Corner belong to Protostream UK. You are welcome to play, screenshot and share your results; please do not redistribute the games or pass them off as your own.
Availability
We may change, pause or discontinue the games or any individual puzzle at any time, and we may update these terms. The games are designed to keep working offline, so an outage on our side does not stop you playing.
No warranty
The games are provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. We do not promise they will always be available, error-free, or fit for any particular purpose.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the games, or for lost progress. Nothing in these terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else that cannot be limited under UK law. Your statutory rights as a consumer are unaffected.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
